Maybe your thinking ' I want to, but Im not ready..' but did you know you can start at ANY level and work your way to the top. With our complete Go Pro dive interships you can live a dedicated dive life from 2-7months and our Go pro Thailand dive internships offer many options to help you achieve your goal and ultimatley achieve the most sort after certification of OWSI (open water scuba instructor) by passing your PADI IDC (Instructor Development Course).
Arriving at Pattaya Dive Centre's Go Pro Intership with no experience hoping to train and later secure scuba diving work is no problem, in fact many people come to change their lives having none or only basic scuba experience! ( If you have never being scuba diving before we ask you to complete our open water diver course initially before comitting to a full internship. Just so you know diving is right for you!)
IMPORTANT PADI, the governing body and our diving certification agency state that a certified diver MUST be certified as a diver (open water diver) for a minimum of 6 months prior to being eligible to take the IDC (Instructor Development Course) and ultimately the PADI instructor exams.
Therefore as example - If a non-diver arrives January 1st for the scuba diver training, Pattaya Dive Centre can have the diver certified to PADI Open Water by 7th of January (approximately). This means that the diver would not be eligible to take the Open Water Instructor Development Course (PADI IDC) until the 7th June at the earliest.

Well, you could stay at home chipping away at your dive certification with a local dive centre or you could say goodbye to rain and cold water diving and come and live in sunny Thailand and start the dream straight away as a dive intern.
If you were to pay seperately for all your courses, materials, dive certifications, accomadations and everything else, you would probaley spend in excess of $20,000. However with Pattaya Dive Centre you could save over $10,000 with our packages deals.

If your already a PADI Divemaster or Assistant instructor becoming a PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor (OWSI) will make you a much highly sought after professional worldwide. Pattaya Dive Centre IDC Thailand is a structured, organised GO PRO PADI out fit. Your Open Water Scuba Instructor development training course (OWSI) here in Pattaya normally takes 7 days and follows the PADI Thailand curriculum introduced in 2011. You will do the following during your scuba diving Thailand PADI scuba diving instructor training course (GO PRO PADI OWSI):
